JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 4 02-07-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 126 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 304(B), 328, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is alleged to have killed the deceased. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2023. 5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 6. From the statement of the witnesses, it appears that Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6564 of 2025(4) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 the deceased has consumed poison and killed herself. 7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed. 8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Jehanabad/concerned Court below in connection with Kako P.S.
