By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs: “i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to consider the candidature of the Petitioner by treating her application as valid and by taking into account her correct Family Register and Experience Certificate; and thereafter to include her in the final merit list if found eligible and suitable. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the rejection of the Petitioner’s application as reflected in the Rejected Applications List uploaded on the Respondent Department’s official website (Annexure-6).” (3) Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner made a representation to the competent authority on 24.6.2025 and competent authority be directed to take decision on her representation. (4) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing the competent 2025:UHC:7536 authority to look into the matter and pass appropriate order, as per law, within six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
