Malu, Sr. Advocate, assisted by Mr. Vishnu Bohra appearing for the review petitioners submits that after passing of the judgment dated 05.07.2013, in regard to which this review petition has been filed, there are certain material developments in the matter and in view of the subsequent developments, the petitioners seek to to withdraw this review petition with liberty avail the appropriate remedy available to them under law. Learned counsel appearing for the JDA has no objection to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners.
