Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the orders dated 16.03.2001 passed by respondent no.3 and orders dated 13.02.2003, 03.08.2010 and 27.02.2024 passed by respondent no.2. (ii) issue writ, a order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from Arazi No.659 area 478 hectare situated in the Village: Chechria Khurd, Pargana and Tehsil: Karvi, District: Chitrakoot." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that patta granted to the petitioner was cancelled in the year 2001. Revision filed by the petitioner was dismissed in the year 2003. Thereafter, a restoration application was filed by the petitioner for recalling the revisional order. The said application was also dismissed in default. Thereafter, another restoration application has been filed by the petitioner, which has also been dismissed by the order impugned. 4. I found no illegality in the order impugned. 5.
