(ORDER) 15.12.2025 The Petitioner, through the medium of this Petition filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023, seeks a direction to the Court below to refer the disputed signatures endorsed on the cheques forming subject matter of the complaint for FSL analysis before deciding the application filed under Section 143-A of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 by the Respondent herein. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the learned Magistrate has not forwarded the disputed cheques to the FSL for signature verification, particularly in the face of the fact that the Petitioner, as accused before the Court below,has disputed her signatures on the cheques in question. Having regard to the fact that no order as yet has been passed by the learned Magistrate on petitioner’s application, the present Petition filed by the Petitioner is misconceived and, as such, same is dismissed in limine, along with the connected CrlM. The Petitioner shall be at liberty to await the outcome of her application moved before the Trial Court. (M. A.
