The allegation is that the petitioner is the wife of the deceased and due to illegal intimacy with A2, they conspired together and administered poison through the juice to the deceased and the deceased died on 18.07.2025. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and she was custody from 16.07.2025 (for the past 60 days). 4.
