Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned AGA for State and perused the record. No one has appeared on behalf of respondent no.3 to 6. The present Habeas Corpus writ petition has been filed to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of habeas corpus, directing the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 to produce the petitioner no.1- Pooja Singh (corpus) before this Hon'ble Court and to give the custody of corpus to the petitioner no.2. Pursuant to order dated 22.1.2025 the petitioner no.1- Pooja Singh (corpus) is present before this Court and has expressed her willingness to join the petitioner no.2-Sachin Kumar, who is husband of the corpus. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. The legal expenses of Rs.25,000/- is being paid to the petitioner no.1- Pooja Singh (corpus) by the petitioner no.2-Sachin Kumar in cash in the Court itself. The petitioners are free to seek protection from the Commissionarate of Police, Gautam Budh Nagar in case of threat perception.
