Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned A.G.A for the State as well as perused the record. 2. The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(1) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been preferred to quash the entire proceeding of Charge Sheet No.309 of 2024 dated 30.11.2024 as well as Summoning/Cognizance Order dated 06.05.2025 passed by learned Special Judge (SC/ST ACT), Banda in Special Sessions Case No.84 of 2025 (State Versus Ajmeri And Others), under Sections 74, 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3) BNS & Section 3(1)द, 3(1)ध, 3 (2) 5ए, 3 (1) डब्लू (i) SC/ST Act, against applicant no.1 and under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3) BNS & Section-3(1)द, 3 (1)ध, 3 (2) 5ए, against applicant nos.2 to 5, arising out of Case Crime No.280 of 2024, Police Station- Girwan, District- Banda. 3. During arguments, learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that he does not want to press the prayer for quashing of the above mentioned case. His sole prayer is that a direction may be issued to the court below to decide the bail application of the appellants in accordance with law. 4. Considering the alternative prayer made by learned counsel for the appellants, the present appeal is disposed of with the direction that in case the appellants filed bail application before the court below, the same shall be heard and decided by the court below expeditiously in accordance with law.
