Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Capirganj, District-Gorakhpur/respondent No. 2 to comply the dated 08.01.2019 passed by him in Demarcation Case No. T201805310400470 (Ram Shabd vs. L.M.C.) filed under section 24 The Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 within a stipulated period of time. b. Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Capirganj, District-Gorakhpur/respondent no.2 to decide application dated 12.09.2024 filed by the petitioner for demarcated the plot in question, within a stipulated period of time." 3. On the basis of instructions, which are taken on record, learned Standing Counsel submitted that the boundary marks have been installed after the demarcation of the land in dispute in pursuance of the order passed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. This fact has not been denied by counsel for the petitioner. It has only been contended that the petitioner has not signed the spot memo. 5.
