Heard counsel on behalf of the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in considering the application of the petitioner for renewal of the saw mill licence and for opening the seal of the saw mill. 3. Counsel on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated October 5, 2024 before the respondent No.2 for opening the seal of his saw mill and for renewing the licence of the saw mill but the same is not being considered and no order has yet been passed on the representation of the petitioner. 4.
