Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State on instructions submits that contract period of the petitioner has completed on 6.1.2025 and as such tender has been issued to other agencies. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that contract agreement dated 6.3.2023 has come to an end as on today and he is not claiming any further extension as the contract has also come to an end as on today. However, he submits that in respect of the agreement dated 21.1.2023 contract is upto 31.3.2025 and as such he may be permitted to continue in respect of the aforesaid contract for Asmoli Centre, District Sambhal. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State submits that fresh tender would come into force after completion of the contract. 4. In view of the statement made by learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State, the agreement dated 21.1.2023 would be permitted to be continued in respect of the petitioner till 31.3.2025. 5.
