Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, fairly submits that against the order of punishment, he has made an appeal before the Chief Secretary, Department of Agriculture and Technology which is pending for consideration, the appeal was filed way back on 05.11.2024, however it is yet to be decided. It is further submitted that a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner to which the reply was also filed, however, no enquiry was conducted straightway and the punishment order was passed, which he has challenged in the appeal. As such, he is praying that the authorities may kindly be directed to consider and decide the said appeal within some stipulated time period. 2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the concerned Secretary/ competent respondent authority is directed to consider and decide the appeal filed by the petitioner, which is pending since 05.11.2024 expeditiously preferably within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3. The petitioner is directed to raise all the aforementioned grounds in the said appeal along with copy of this order before the concerned competent authority. 4.
