1. Heard Mr. A.K. Dutta, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Mr. R.P. Sarmah, the learned Senior Counsel, assisted by Ms. M. Borah, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant has filed this interlocutory application seeking vacating/modification of the interim order dated 11.12.2024 passed in WP(C) Case No. 6685/2024.
3. On perusal of the order dated 11.12.2024, it is seen that the interim order was passed after hearing the counsel for the respondents, namely, the present applicant herein.
4. Accordingly, this Court is of the view that this application filed under Article 226(3) is not maintainable.
5. At this stage, Mr. Dutta submits that he would like to withdraw this interlocutory application.
6. Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands dismissed on
