Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no.2- Additional Commissioner, Judicial (First), Varanasi Division, Varanasi to decide the Revision No. 392 of 2019 (Computerized Case No. C201914000000392) (Ram Chandar Versus Santosh Kumar and others) under Section 219 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending before him, expeditiously. 2. On 05.12.2024 this Court passed the following order:- "The Additional Commissioner, Judicial (First), Varanasi shall report why proceedings of Revision No. 392 of 2019 (Computerized Case No. C20194000000392), Ram Chandar v. Santosh Kumar and others, under Section 219 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 are lingering on. The report shall be submitted to this Court through the Registrar (Compliance) within a week, and in all events, by the date next scheduled. Adjourned to 13.12.2024. To be taken up as fresh, along with the report received from the Additional Commissioner, Judicial (First), Varanasi. The Registrar (Compliance) is directed to communicate this order to the Additional Commissioner, Judicial (First), Varanasi through the Commissioner, Varanasi within 24 hours next" 3. Despite order passed by this Court, nothing has been brought on record by the learned Standing Counsel till date. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents and perused the record. 5. In view of the aforesaid, present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2-Additional Commissioner, Judicial (First), Varanasi Division, Varanasi to decide the aforesaid Revision in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
