[2] This present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- “1) Issue a Rule upon the respondents and each one of them to show cause as to why a Writ of Mandamus and/or in the nature thereof shall not be issued directing the respondents and each one of them to grant the same and similar benefits to the petitioner as granted under the Judgment & Order (Oral) and the Judgment in W.A. No.114 of 2022 and W.A. No.113 of 2022 . II) After hearing the parties be pleased to make the Notice/Rule absolute in terms of I) above.” [3] After perusal of the record, it has been seen that the petitioner herein has submitted a compliance letter dated 14.03.2024 addressed to the Director of Elementary Education, Siksha Bhawan, Office Lane, Agartala West Tripura in response to the letter dated 17.02.2024 issued by the Director, Elementary Education, Govt. of Tripura, but till now the petitioner has not got any positive response from them. [4] In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this present writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondent(s) to take a decision in light of the compliance letter dated 14.03.2024 filed by the petitioner within 02(two) months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order in accordance with law. With the above observation and direction, this present writ petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
