Petitioner was allotted a license for retail sale of Indian made foreign liquor on 23.03.2025. 3. Allotment order is on record as Anneuxre- 1 to the writ petition. Perusal thereof reveals that license was given to petitioner for running the shop in village Arjunpur, Tehsil Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 4. Petitioner has shifted the retail shop to village Chandipur which is in the vicinity of Kalinagar, Tehsil Rudrapur, where another retail shop is in existence. The authorities of Excise Department have asked the petitioner to relocate the shop to the place for which it was allotted to her. Petitioner has challenged the said communication issued by excise authorities. 5. This Court cannot go into the issue raised by petitioner. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had made a representation to the 2025:UHC:7551 Excise Commissioner who may be directed to take decision thereupon. 7. Learned State Counsel fairly concedes that if representation is still pending, decision thereupon shall be taken within three weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. 8. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of by taking statement made by learned State Counsel. 9. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
