The record reveals that the matter was listed on 3rd November, 2025, on which date, learned counsel for the petitioners sought time to have instructions in the matter with regard to redressal of grievance of the petitioners by the respondents and, accordingly, the matter was adjourned and directed to be listed in the Supplementary List. 02. Today, when the matter was taken up, Mr. Shabir Ahmad Malla, vice Mr. Sheikh Manzoor, learned counsel for the petitioners has made a statement that grievances of the petitioners have been redressed by the respondents, as such, he has instructions from his clients not to press the instant petition.
