And Another Counsel for Applicant :- Shiv Kumar Singh Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Arun Kumar Singh Deshwal,J. 1. Heard Shri Shiv Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Ramesh Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed praying for expediting the trial in Case No. 139 of 2020 (Sharad Rakhaulya versus Prateek Sarwargi) under Section 138 N.I. Act, P.S. Mauranipur, District-Jhansi. 3. The contention of counsel for the applicant is that he had initially approached this Court by way of filing Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No. 44526 of 2023 seeking disposal of Case No. 139 of 2020 (Sharad Rakhaulya versus Prateek Sarwargi) and this Court by order dated 19.01.2024 directed the court below to dispose of the proceedings of the Case in question within a period of six months, but despite the specific directions by this Court by order dated 19.01.2024, the court below had not concluded the trial of Case No. 139 of 2020. 4. Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that once a direction has already been issued by this Court to expedite trial, the second application for the same purpose is not maintainable. 5.
