For the reasons mentioned in the application, the surety amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- imposed on the applicant herein is reduced to Rs. 50,000/-. Therefore, the surety amount imposed on the applicant herein vide judgment dated 01.07.2025, passed by this Court stands modified. 4.
