Applicants-Divya Prakash Vikram Alias Abhijeet, Vidhya Prakash Vikram and Sunita Vikram have filed this petition under Section 407 Code of Criminal Procedure for transfer of Case No. 773 of 2023; titled Sarika vs. Divya Prakash and others, under Sections 323, 504, 498A IPC, registered at Police Station Indergarh, District Kannauj pending before Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kannauj to any other court of competent jurisdiction at Jhansi. Concededly, after grant of bail by the trial court, the applicants- accused have disengaged themselves with the trial proceedings, therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the application on their behalf for transfer of the trial from Kannauj to Jhansi. The application is dismissed.
