The petitioner had also given a representation on 07.10.2024. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it had been stated that the petitioner had complied with all the terms and conditions for issuance of license for a massage parlour in the aforementioned massage address. It is stated that he had employed the necessary skilled persons and also had affixed 7 cameras within the place. The learned for the respondents however stated that it is the 7th respondent who is the Competent Authority to grant license but license can be granted only when an formal application is filed by the petitioner enclosing all the requisite documents. The petitioner has to file necessary application before the 7th respondent. 3.The petitioner may file such application in a proper format enclosing all requisite documents and no objection certificate from the authorities before the 7th respondent.
