Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:41652 Court No. - 74 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 34306 of 2024 Petitioner :- Smt Riya Sharma And Another Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ajay Kumar Vashistha Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Saurabh Srivastava,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents. 2. By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. By bare perusal of the records, it appears that although petitioners were applied for registration of their marriage way back on 03.10.2024 but the same has not been registered. When a query has been put before learned counsel for petitioners that why the marriage could not be registered, the same has not been answered due to want of specific information. 4. It is also apparent from the application which has been preferred at the behest of petitioner no.1 before Superintendent of Police, Kasganj which is available on page 32 of the instant petition that the same is not having any specific receiving or even bearing any proper signatures of petitioner no.1 and as such, no cause of action arises in favour of petitioner to pursue the instant petition since no prejudice caused to the petitioners for seeking relief. 5. In view thereof, the instant petition stands disposed of. Order Date :- 20.3.2025 Vivek Kr. Digitally signed by :- VIVEK KUMAR High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
