Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 have been decided vide judgement and order dated 24.01.2025. Copies of the judgement and orders aforesaid have been annexed. Learned counsel for the petitioners affirms the fact that the aforesaid cases have been decided. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made in this petition. It is consigned to record with the remark that it will be open to the petitioners to seek such remedy against the order dated 24.01.2025 passed in the aforesaid cases, as advised.
