The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 21.11.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 33943 of 2024. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that the order passed by this Court has been complied and the applicant has been handed over possession of the property. Necessary documents and photographs to substantiate the claim have also been annexed with the affidavit. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. The counsel for the applicant also accepts that the order passed by this Court has already been complied by the opposite party. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged.
