Heard learned Counsel Mr. S.Das for the petitioner Sirajul Hoque @ Sera who has filed this application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 with a prayer for bail as he is behind bars since 10.03.2025 in connection with Golakganj PS Case No. 51/2025 under Sections 318(4)/316(2)/3(5) of the BNS. Page No.# 2/3 2. Ms. S.H.Borah, learned Addl.Public Prosecutor is present for the respondent State. 3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he is involved in dealing with fake gold. 4. Learned Addl.Public Prosecutor submits that there are incriminating materials in the Case Diary. 5. I have scrutinized the Case Diary. There are indeed incriminating materials in the Case dairy. Investigation has progressed substantially. The petitioner is a local resident and he is not a flight risk. Petitioner is willing to co-operate with remaining part of the investigation. 6. Considering all aspects, the prayer for bail is allowed . 7. The petitioner named above shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- with a suitable surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Dhubri subject to the following conditions: i) The petitioner shall refrain from such activities of which he is alleged, ii) The petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Court without prior permission. 8. On breach of any of the above conditions, learned court is at liberty to immediately cancel bail granted to the petitioner. 9.
