Present petition has been filed seeking to quash the order dated 28.05.2024 passed by respondent no.3, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tilhar, District Shahjahanpur in Case No.5125 of 2024 (Computerized Case No.T202412610305125, State of UP Vs. Arun Kumar), in proceedings under Section 38(2) of the UP Revenue Code, 2006. Counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, has fairly stated that the aforesaid order would be subject to further statutory remedies, and in view thereof the petitioner does not wish to press the petition and that he would take recourse to the appropriate statutory legal remedy. Counsel for the State-respondents and the respondent-Gaon Sabha have no objection. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
