Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 2920 of 2025 Heard the parties 2. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No. 579 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. 3. On 23.10.2024, at about 11:00 p.m., there was some altercation between the accused persons and the informant party over tying of cattle. It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted the informant and his family member causing injury. 4. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. It was further submitted that the injured person has sustained simple injury. It was further submitted that only one person has sustained fracture in his thumb. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa in connection with Garhwa P.S.
