Contention is that petitioner's claim for compensation under the Mukhya Mantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna, has not been accorded consideration, only because there was some dispute relating to mutation of name in the khatauni. Submission is that merely for such reason, the claim of the petitioner cannot be rejected. Even otherwise, no reasoned order has been passed in respect of the claim putforth by the petitioner. In that view of the matter, we dispose of this writ petition with the direction upon respondent no.2 to ensure that appropriate decision in terms of the aforesaid scheme is taken on the petitioner's claim within a period of two months from the date of presentation of copy of this order before it. In order to facilitate such consideration, we permit the petitioner to annex all materials including copy of her application etc. in her representation made to 2nd respondent, while submitting certified copy of this order.
