It is the case of the petitioner that she married one Althaf in the year 2008 and she was living at first floor in the matrimonial house. Out of the wedlock they had two children. The petitioner obtained separate electricity connection for the first floor and she has regular in paying the EB charges. In the year 2014, the petitioner's husband abandoned his family and left. Therefore, the petitioner's father in law, asked her to vacate the premises due to family dispute and she has refused to vacate. Therefore, the petitioner's father in law disconnected the EB connection for the first floor where the petitioner and her daughters are living. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents with the above said prayer and the same is not considered. Hence, the present writ petition. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the service connection was not disconnected by the respondent. If the petitioner's father in law has disconnected, the same will be rectified by the respondent. 5.
