CORAM : THE CHIEF JUSTICE DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR SRI JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI DATE : 12th March 2025 P C : The petitioners in the present petition had alleged that land admeasuring Ac.2-00 cents in R.S.No.65/1 of Neggipudi Village, Penumantra Mandal, West Godavari District was illegally occupied by private respondent Nos.15 to 18 and that a wall had been constructed over the same. 2. On the other hand, the official respondents take a stand that the land in question was leased out to one S.V.G. Zilla Parishad High School, Neggipudi for permitting them to use the land in question as a playground for the children to study in the school run by the said entity. 3. In the record, it appears that the S.V.G. Zilla Parishad High School has not been made a party. In any way, considering the stand of the official respondents that the land in question has been permitted to be used as a playground and is not an encroachment, we do not find any merit in the present petition, which is, accordingly, closed.
