In the circumstances, we are of opinion that in order to maintain this petition for the purpose of securing relief for the Company's Director, whose name too has not been disclosed, a petition with this impersonal description of the petitioner is not maintainable. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as not maintainable, with liberty to the learned Counsel for the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. 4. Certified copy of the order annexed to the writ petition be returned to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, upon a photostat copy attested by him being retained. 5.
