The instant petition has been filed by the petitioners for directions to the respondents No.1 to 3 to protect their life and liberty from the respondents No.4 to 7. 2. The learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed the representation dated 22.09.2025 (Annexure P-4) before the Commissioner of Police, Bhiwani and copy of the same has also been forwarded to Superintendent of Police, Bhiwani. The learned counsel prays for disposing of the present petition by issuing directions to the the Commissioner of Police, Bhiwani to decide the abovementioned representation within a stipulated time. 3. Since advance notice has already been served upon the State, Mr. Parveen Kumar Aggarwal, Addl. A.G, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, and waives service. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a direction for disposing of the representation of the petitioners (Annexure P-4) be given to the Respondent No. 2 and that the instant writ petition be disposed of accordingly. 6. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the the Commissioner of Police, Bhiwani to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-4) by passing a speaking order within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of instant order. It is further directed that the petitioners shall be provided requisite safety and security to protect their life and liberty, if required. It is however clarified that any observation is not being made by this Court with regard to threat perception to the petitioners or the validity of the relationship of the petitioners. The police authority of District Bhiwani shall be at liberty to make an independent assessment of the threat perception to the petitioners, and take a decision on the issue of providing adequate security to them.
