GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... a Writ in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ direction or order declaring the action of the respondents especially official respondents herein in threatening the petitioner with dire consequences and attempting to disposes the petitioner highhandedly from their property land to an extent of Ac.0.16 cents covered by Survey No.112-1A situated at Vedurupalli Revenue Village Nathavaram Mandal Anakapalli District and further threatening the petitioner that they would implicate in false cases as illegal void and in violation of Article 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the said land.” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that police are not interfering in the civil disputes pending between the parties. 3. For ready reference, the written instructions are extracted hereunder: “As the matter is purely related to civil issues. The respondent police never interfere with the civil issues, unless there is any specific direction from the Hon’ble Court or Revenue authorities. Further the 5th respondent advised both the parties to settle the matter before the Hon’ble Court. Further the 5th respondent sent the reply to the Superintendent of Police, Anakapalli and closed the petition.” 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes sssbetween the petitioner and unofficial respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
