The present writ petition has been filed for seeking a direction upon respondent no.2 to consider and decide the Stay Application dated 18.11.2024 of the petitioner pending before him. 3. Learned Standing Counsel states that the Stay Application will be decided by respondent no.2, expeditiously, in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.2 to decide the pending application of petitioner dated 18.11.2024, in accordance with law preferably within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. 5.
