Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 9.12.2024, learned Standing Counsel has filed compliance affidavit, which is taken on record. On the basis of said affidavit, he informed that entire terminal dues amounting to Rs. 7,40,000/- has been paid to petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that still certain dues has not been paid to petitioner. 4. Therefore, under such facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file fresh representation before the respondent no.2 disclosing the dues,which has not been paid to him within two weeks from today.
