Heard Sri Ghanta Sridhar, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2 Learned counsel for the petitioner while reiterating the contents of the 3. affidavit would contend that, by virtue of G.O.Ms.No.110 dated 19.07.2019, the Government has brought into the existence the system of Village Accordingly, in the Secretariats in the Gram Panchayats in the State. Gurazala town, 1®* Ward Sachivalayam (for Ward Nos.2,3,9 & 10) and 2 Ward Sachivalayam (for Ward Nos. 1,18,19 & 20) were established in the centre of the town. While so, both the Sachivalayams were shifted to private buildings in the outskirts in Ward Nos. 10 and 17 respectively, in a hurried without any prior proceedings. He further submitted that due to the nd manner, said shifting, the residents especially the elderly, disabled and economically weaker sections may find it difficult to access the essential services which are meant for them. Accordingly, prayed for direction to the respondents to shift the Ward Sachivalayams to its prior location in the centre of the town. Perused the record and considered the submissions made by learned 4. counsel for the petitioner. 5. On close scrutiny of the submissions and the pleadings, it can be noticed that this writ petition is more in nature of political interest than public interest litigation. Moreover, it is the prerogative of the respondents as to where the ward sachivalayams are to be established. Further, the petitioner did not specify any rule position with regard to place or location where The issue is more purely of sachivalayams have to be established, administrative nature and it should be handled by the Executive and this Court cannot intervene in that regard. In view of the same, the petitioner has not % 3 made out valid point warranting the interference of this Court and the Public Interest Litigation is liable to the dismissed. Accordingly, the Public Interest Litigation (PIL) is dismissed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
