Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in view of the further developments and in compliance of the orders passed by the trial court, the payment has already been made by the opposite party no. 2. Thus, the instant application has become infructuous, therefore, he seeks to withdraw the instant application. 4. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
