Learned State Counsel, on instructions, which are taken on record, submits that after investigation, charge-sheet has been filed against petitioner nos.1 & 5 on 08.10.2023, while petitioner nos.2, 3 & 4 have been exonerated. 4. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, writ petition has rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as such. 5.
