This petition lays a challenge to the transfer order passed in respect of the petitioner transferring her to 124 Battalion at Tripura. Though certain grounds have been raised in support of the challenge to the said transfer order, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that the petitioner shall be satisfied if the respondents grant the joining time to enable the petitioner join the place of posting keeping in view of the policy of Summer Change Transfer. 2. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn our attention to prayer (d) which corresponds to Annexure P-4 of the petition to contend that the respondents must consider the representation given by the petitioner on 02.08.2022 5. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 states that the same shall be considered and a decision thereof shall be conveyed to the petitioner. 6. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition be disposed of. It is ordered accordingly. 7. The date of 03.02.2026 is cancelled. V.
