Saikia, learned counsel for the respondent/opposite party No.1. This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicants for allowing to withdraw 50% of the awarded amount being deposited before the Registry of this Court, pursuant to the order dated 10.03.2025 passed by this Court in I.A.(Civil) No.1226/2023. Ms. Saikia, learned counsel for the respondent/opposite party No.1 submits that she has no objection. Taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. The applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the awarded amount i.e. Rs.16,52,600/- being deposited before the Registry of this Court. In terms of above, the I.A. stands disposed of.
