Heard Sri Prashant Mishra, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Anand Pati Tiwari, learned counsel for applicants as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the chargesheet dated 02.08.2017, order dated 30.11.2017 as well as entire proceedings of Case No. 2598 of 2017 (State v. Jagatnarayan & ors.), arising out of Case Crime No.270 of 2017 under Sections 308, 323, 504, 506, I.P.C., P.S. Fafund, District Auraiya, on the basis of compromise, so far it relates to the present applicants. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in compliance of the order dated 31.07.2024 passed by this Court the applicants filed compromise deed before the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Auraiya, and the concerned court vide its order dated 29.08.2024 verified the said compromise in the presence of the applicants and opposite party no.2, copy of which is annexed as Annexure- 1 to the supplementary- affidavit filed by the applicants. 4. Learned Additional Government Advocate has submitted that since the parties have entered into compromise, which has also been verified by the trial court, therefore, no useful purpose would be served if the proceedings of the aforesaid case go on further. 5. Learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2, is also present. He has no Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Anand Pati Tiwari Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A., Sarvesh Kumar Dubey Jagatnarayan And 2 Ors .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. And Anr .....Opposite Party(s) objection to the statement, made above. 6. In view of the above, it is deemed proper and meet the ends of justice that the proceeding of the aforementioned case be quashed. 7. The present 482 Cr.P.C. application stands allowed, keeping in view the compromise made by the applicants as well as opposite party no.2. The entire proceedings of chargesheet dated 02.08.2017, order dated 30.11.2017 as well as entire proceedings of Case No. 2598 of 2017 (State v. Jagatnarayan & ors.), arising out of Case Crime No.270 of 2017 under Sections 308, 323, 504, 506, I.P.C., P.S. Fafund, District Auraiya,, as also the entire proceeding of the said case is hereby quashed, so far as it relates to the applicants herein. October 9, 2025 S.K.
