Today, when the case is called out before the National Lok Adalat, learned counsel for the appellant as well as the learned counsel for the Insurance Company along with the representative of the Insurance Company namely, Ashish Kumar, Assistant Manager, Legal have agreed and settled the case on payment of further Rs.2,20,000/- within 45 days and the Insurance Company will be entitled to have right to recovery of amount in question from the owner in continuity of the Award passed by the learned Court below. 4.
