Learned counsel for the review applicant has submitted that due to some inadvertent mistake the statement was given that the interim order dated 20.01.2022 passed in Writ-C No.115 of 2022 is still operative, whereas the interim order dated 20.01.2022 was not extended after 19.10.2022 and this fact may be seen from the orders of this Court dated 19.10.2022 and 21.11.2022, the copies of which were on record of the writ petition but unfortunately or inadvertently the same were not brought into the notice of the Court, so the order may be reviewed/ recalled. 3. On the other hand, Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for the respondent has opposed the review application. 4. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the record, the interim order was not extended and it was not in operation on the date of passing of the judgement and order dated 5.9.2024 which is under review, due to some misconception or a wrong belief, learned counsel for the petitioner / review- applicant had given a statement that the stay order is still operative, though on the record of the writ petition the orders were filed to show that the interim order is not in operation. 5. In view of the above, the present review application is allowed. 6. The order dated 5.9.2024 passed in Writ Petition No.23572 of 2024 is hereby recalled. The petition is restored to its original number. 7. The office is directed to list the writ petition for hearing before Court hearing matter of this nature. Order Date :- 21.4.2025/S.
