This writ petition has been filed for following relief: "Issue an appropriate order, or direction in the nature of Mandamus or any other suitable direction/order to the Hon'ble Family Court, Moradabad, to expeditiously decide the Petitioner's Matrimonial Petition No. 631 of 2024, within a period of 3 months without any further delay." 3. From the perusal of writ petition it is apparent that earlier also a petition being Matter under Article 227 No. 1620 of 2025 was filed by the petitioner for the same relief which was disposed of by order dated 18.02.2025. 4. In view of the Rule 7 of Chapter XXII of the Rules of the High Court Rules, 1952, second writ petition for the same relief, is not maintainable. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
