Along with the letter of Superintendent of Police, Chamba, photocopy of the death certificate of Ajay Kumar S/o Bhagwan Singh R/o Village Janghi, District Chamba, H.P. (petitioner herein) has also been annexed. 4. In view of the abovesaid facts, the present proceedings, against the petitioner, are ordered to be abated and the present Criminal Revision Petition is accordingly disposed of, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
