On the last occasion, this Court has directed the learned Standing Counsel for the APSCHE to verify the photocopies of the Attendance Register that would be submitted by the Writ Petitioner for ensuring that the candidates whose details are now sought to be uploaded the classes from December, 2024. have, in fact, been attending
Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner would submit that on the date of filing of the present Writ Petition candidates were seeking to get admission by uploading Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has informed as 54 their data. Learned the learned Standing Counsel that out of 54 students, only 44 of them, whose names are furnished to the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents intends to continue the course I course.
