The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred against order dated 03.09.2024, passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kaushambi in Case No.20 of 2024 (Shipra Jaisawal @ Soni Vs. Sandeep Jaisawal @ Sonu), under Section 128 Cr.P.C., Police Station - Karari, District - Kaushambi. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that a part of arrears of maintenance has already been paid to the opposite party no.2, who is wife of applicant. It was submitted that applicant is unable to pay entire arrears in one go and a direction may be made to the Family Court concerned for enabling the applicant to pay the arrears of maintenance in installments. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant moves an application before the Family Court concerned within a period of two weeks from today for paying the arrears in reasonable installments, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law. 5.
