In response to the order dated 29.10.2025, Ms. Ankita Gupta- Deputy Director, DGGI, Regional Unit, Jammu has appeared through Virtual Mode. 3. Mr. T.M. Shamsi, learned DSGI, has also passed on a copy of the communication dated 16.04.2025, issued by the Senior Intelligence Officer DGGI, Jammu Regional Unit, a perusal whereof indicates that the proceedings against the petitioner have been concluded by the competent authority in terms of provisions of Section 74(6) CGST Act, 2017. Copy of the communication is taken on record. 4. In view of the aforesaid development there remains nothing in this petition to be adjudicated upon. 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before appropriate forum in accordance with law against the communication in case the petitioner is aggrieved 5.
