JUSTICE RAJESH MAZUMDAR ORDER 10.09.2025 SK Medhi, J Heard Shri PN Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant, who by means of this application has prayed for a correction of a typographical error crept in the order dated 25.01.2023 passed in Review Pet./118/2021. Shri Choudhury, learned counsel has submitted that in so far as the year of the writ petition is concerned, instead of 2017, 2019 has been written. To be more specific, he has contended that in paragraphs 2 and 4, the connected writ petition has been written as WP(C)/4369/2019 which should have been WP(C)/4369/2017. We have considered the aforesaid submission. We have also perused the records of the connected writ petition. It appears that the mistake has crept in due to inadvertence. It is accordingly directed that in paragraphs 2 and 4 in the order dated 25.01.2023 passed in Review Pet./118/2021, WP(C)/4369/2019 should be read as WP(C)/4369/2017.
