Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondent Nos.3 & 4 in interfering with the life and liberty of the petitioner 2 and calling the petitioner to the Police Station, at the instance of respondent No.5 and threatening the petitioner to settle the dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent No.5. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the State submits that they are not summoning the petitioner to the Police Station. 4. Considering the submissions made, there shall be a direction to respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to summon the petitioner to the Police Station and disturb the peace of the petitioner, without following due process of law. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
